As CEO, Dave McCann is a passionate advocate for EED solutions and services and is leading the company through its next phase of major growth. He has more than 20 years of high technology experience and prior to joining EED was senior vice president of products at FileNet, an IBM company and the leading provider of content management solutions. Before FileNet, Dave served as president and CEO of CarParts Technologies Inc., as an executive vice president of worldwide operations for Continuus Software, and as senior vice president of product management and marketing for the $1 billion Client/Server Technologies division of Unisys. |
Mike Jahnke - Senior Vice President Client Engagement and Delivery Organization / General Manager, Daticon Business Unit |

Mike Jahnke is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality of service for EED's customers through EED’s consulting, client service and sales operations under a unified client engagement model. Mike is also responsible for overall operations and performance of Daticon, an EED Business Unit. Prior to joining Daticon, Mike was Vice President of Worldwide Sales Operations at Sequent Computers, a Portland-based technology company (now owned by IBM) from 1989 to 2000. Mike accelerated annual revenue from $140 million to $850 million by transitioning from a transaction-oriented, commoditized sales model to a consultative professional services led sales model. Subsequently, Mike served as VP Sales, VP Sales & Marketing and VP Operations for several VC funded start-ups. More recently, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer of a small cap manufacturing and distribution company in the gaming industry. While taking it public, Mike cleaned up its balance sheet and listed it on the American Stock Exchange. Mike has a systems engineering background from an early career experience at NASA and Control Data, while studying Marketing and Business Administration at the University of Maryland. |

Scott brings over 27 years of experience in finance, accounting and operations to the EED executive team. For the past 18 years, he worked in the high tech industry. Prior to joining EED, Scott was Vice President of Finance at Microserv, a hardware service and support company that serves Fortune 500 clients. Before Microserv, he served as CFO at LapLink, a retail software company. A CPA, Scott earned his BS in Accounting from Central Washington University. He later earned his MBA from the University of Washington. |

Tom Haug brings more than 25 years of engineering and product development experience in technology fields ranging from enterprise software to information retrieval to data communications. At EED, Haug is responsible for all aspects of development, including product management, program management, software engineering, quality assurance, documentation and release. Prior to joining EED, he served as vice president of engineering for several growth-oriented businesses with offerings including enterprise email appliances, IT governance and IT project portfolio solutions, Internet infrastructure and broadband satellite telecommunications services. |

David joined Daticon, now an EED Business Unit, in 1993 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing - and the company's first full-time salesperson. Since then, he has successfully led the growth of our customer base and corporate revenue, establishing Daticon as a leader in the legal eDiscovery services industry. As Vice President, Managing Director, David manages a legal support services sales team in the Northeast, and maintains many of the company's key client relationships. Prior to joining Daticon, David held sales and management positions at Daly and Wolcott in Providence, Rhode Island. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and Marketing from Bryant College. |

Skip Lindsey brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience to EED. Skip has a long history in document and records management, as well as a strong focus on litigation support strategy. Before joining EED, Skip worked four years for global information protection and storage provider Iron Mountain, where he served as vice president of sales, records consulting and digital services. Skip led strong revenue growth at Iron Mountain, positioned the company’s services to address customers’ litigation support needs, and forged a channel partnership with EED partner IBM FileNet. Skip also served as regional vice president of sales for software and services company Divine during a period of explosive growth, and he worked for eight years as director of sales for archiving and records management leader Mobius, establishing the company as the dominant provider of content management solutions in the Western United States. Skip earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Diego State University. |

Anthony Polk first joined EED as president in 1999 after serving the company as a consultant for 10 years. He has a long history of working with lawyers and law firms and formerly ran a litigation support company. Polk also worked as a journalist for the Associated Press and the Rocky Mountain News. His work has been published by the New York Times and Washington Post, in addition to major legal publications. He also served as a speechwriter for former Colorado senator Gary Hart during the 1984 presidential campaign, and co-authored a book with Wyoming lawyer Gerry Spence, “Gunning for Justice” (Doubleday, 1984). |

Tim Ryan is responsible for EED's processing center operations in Kirkland, WA, Norwich, CT, and London, England. He brings more than 15 years of technology and leadership experience to EED. He has held several senior-level positions in project management, research and development, IT/network services and ASP operations. He has been responsible for the technical operations of a global corporate expense management company, providing technical advisement on network asset management and expense management solutions for licensing and ASP services. Ryan was responsible for the implementation of EED's secure, hosted environment of client data storage in the company's intellectual property environment. His experience in policy development and standardized process management techniques augments the existing EED processes ensuring that client data is handled quickly and efficiently. His expertise and leadership is integral to the expansion of EED and its standard-setting technology. |
Steve Stein, Esq. – Vice President of eDiscovery Consulting |

Steve Stein leads EED’s national eDiscovery consulting practice, having worked with corporations and law firms on eDiscovery issues since 2000. He has also had years of experience working with corporations to address pre-litigation concerns in the areas of eDiscovery process design and its interaction with records management and document retention. As an eDiscovery consultant, Steve works with many clients to scope and implement work flow solutions for the retention, collection, review and production of electronic data, and has managed effective strategies for tape restoration and computer forensics matters. Steve brings to this practice the perspective of extensive hands-on trial experience, having first-chaired ten jury trials and second-chaired some twenty more. |

Mike joined EED with the acquisition of Daticon, where he managed technology infrastructure and development. Now Mike drives EED’s technology product planning and execution, making sure EED provides world-class electronic discovery solutions to its customers. As a recognized leader in his field, Mike has designed and developed document management systems; implemented Web-based repository solutions; led facility management engagements; and managed large-scale litigation, M&A and government investigation projects, document reviews and productions. He has written for Computer Counsel and other legal technology publications, and he has presented at Legal Tech, LawNet (now ILTA), the ABA TechShow, and the Texas Bar Association among others. |
Robert Cruz – Director of Business Alliances |

As director of business alliances, Robert Cruz is responsible for managing EED’s strategic alliance activities, and supporting company efforts in initiating and executing partnership agreements with key technology and service providers. Cruz most recently served as vice president of sales and business development for Enterra Solutions, an early stage provider of process automation technology, where he led commercial sales and channel development activities. Prior to Enterra, Robert was responsible for initiating and managing FileNet’s strategic alliance activities with HP, Sun, BEA, Siebel Systems, Adobe Systems, and IBM prior to the company’s acquisition by IBM in 2006. |
